Through videos, seminars and interviews, the Composers Society of Singapore promotes local composers and showcase their music to the wider public.
CSS Score Follower
Every month, we post a video on our YouTube channel of a performance of a work by one of our members, with the score overlaid so that viewers can follow along. Our goal for this project is to give our members more exposition, bringing Singaporean music to a wider audience, and also to serve as an archival of our Singaporean compositions.

Composing Monumentality
This project is a collaboration with the Composers Society of Singapore to pay homage to pioneer composers. Through a series of online lecture-seminars, Composing Monumentality chronicles the major accomplishments of pioneer composers after Singapore’s independence towards the building of a canon or standard repertory.
We hope to raise awareness of their historical achievements for the younger generation of Singaporeans through these public forums. Researchers will study the phenomenon of artistic and musical monumentality in our nation-state.
